On October 5, 2017 at 11:15 PM in the premises of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, Dean of Faculty of natural sciences, University of Zagreb Prof.dr.sc. Aleksandra Čižmešija signed a contract on financing the project “Execution of advanced research within the Science Center of Excellence (ZCI) for quantum and complex systems and the Lie algebras”. The project is funded by the European Structural Funds, within the Operational programme competitiveness and cohesion 2014 – 2020. and the value of the project is 37 million KN. In addition to the Department of Physics and the Mathematics Department of the Faculty of natural sciences, University of Zagreb, a number of partner institutions from the Republic of Croatia from Zagreb, Rijeka and Split participate in the project. The start of the project implementation is 01.11.2017. and it lasts for 5 years. More on following link.
